# Promote Workflow

This skill turns repeated operator behavior into durable capability.

## Inputs

- `WORKFLOW_NAME`
- `TRIGGER_PATTERN`
- `INPUT_SHAPE`
- `EXPECTED_OUTPUT`
- `WHY_REPEATABLE`

## Method

1. Capture the workflow candidate with:
   - `python3 ~/.claude/scripts/capture_skill_candidate.py ...`
2. Ask the user for confirmation before creating the new skill.
3. If confirmed, scaffold the draft with:
   - `python3 ~/.claude/scripts/draft_skill.py ...`
4. Keep the draft concise:
   - clear resolver description
   - method, not essay
   - explicit output artifact
5. Do not create a new skill silently.

## Output

- candidate recorded path
- confirmation request
- drafted skill path after approval
