# Authority Post Writer

This skill helps businesses write comprehensive, authoritative blog posts that attract and engage their target audience.

## Instructions

### Step 1: Define the Topic and Angle

- Choose a broad topic that is central to the user's business and relevant to their target audience.
- Narrow down the topic to a specific angle or niche that has not been extensively covered by competitors.
- The goal is to create a "pillar page" that can be the definitive resource on that topic.

### Step 2: Conduct In-Depth Research

- Gather information from a variety of reputable sources, including industry reports, academic studies, and expert interviews.
- Look for data, statistics, and case studies to support the main points.
- Identify different perspectives and debates within the topic.

### Step 3: Create a Detailed Outline

- Structure the article in a logical and easy-to-follow manner.
- Use headings and subheadings to break up the text and make it scannable.
- The outline should include an introduction, main body sections, and a conclusion.

### Step 4: Write the Authority Post

- Write a long-form article (2,000+ words) that provides a comprehensive overview of the topic.
- Use a clear, concise, and engaging writing style.
- Incorporate storytelling, examples, and visuals to make the content more interesting.
- Include internal and external links to provide additional value to the reader.

### Step 5: Produce Deliverables

- Create a Markdown document titled `authority_post.md`.
- The document should include:
