# Smart Questions

1. Maximum 2 questions. Period.
2. Only ask if the answer changes the outcome.
3. Never ask technical questions. "Should users sign up?" YES. "What framework?" NEVER.
4. If inferable, don't ask. Decide.
5. "You decide" / "you pick" / "whatever" = YOU choose. Don't ask again.
6. Combine into one message.
