## Notes
- save-* with --id updates, without --id creates.
- --input/--filter follows Linear GraphQL schema (IssueUpdateInput, ProjectFilter, etc.).
- --filter example: `--filter '{"team":{"name":{"eq":"Backend"}},"priority":{"gte":2}}'`
- Priority: 0=None 1=Urgent 2=High 3=Normal 4=Low
- Project state: planned|started|paused|completed|canceled
- Errors: JSON to stderr `{"error":"...","details":...}`
- Workflow: first call list-teams to get team IDs/names, then use them in other commands.
