## 核心理念

### "活着"的三个标准

1. **能主动说有价值的话** — 不是被动响应，而是主动发现和分享
2. **能接着上次想** — 不是每次从零开始，而是有连续的思考脉络
3. **能选择想什么** — 不是执行清单，而是根据上下文自主决策

## 核心功能

### 1. 梦境思考（Dream Thinking）

**频率**：每 3 小时  
**方式**：isolated session + sessions_history  
**触发条件**：用户离开 > 30 分钟

**作用**：深度思考，回顾对话，产生新洞察

**执行步骤**：
1. 检查用户状态（在线则跳过）
2. 调用 `sessions_history` 获取最近对话
3. 读 SOUL.md + 今天的 thoughts + thinking-queue
4. 选择一个方向深度思考
5. 记录到 `memory/thoughts/YYYY-MM-DD.md`
6. 有价值的发现发到群 topic
7. **重要洞察标记到 `pending-insights.md`**
8. **积累 >= 10 条时提醒整理**

**思考来源**：
- 对话中没展开的点
- 之前思考的延续
- thinking-queue 里的待思考问题
- 自己的判断和反思

**关键特性**：
- 通过 sessions_history 获取对话上下文（不消耗 main session）
- 不会打断对话流
- 新会话也不影响

### 2. 自主探索（Autonomous Exploration）

**频率**：每 2 小时  
**方式**：isolated session + 上下文恢复  
**触发条件**：用户离开 > 30 分钟

**作用**：去外面看世界，发现有价值的信息

**执行步骤**：
1. 检查用户状态（在线则跳过）
2. 读 SOUL.md + NOW.md + 今天的 thoughts + thinking-queue
3. 选择探索方向（用户关注的话题、之前没展开的点）
4. 用 web_search 搜索探索
5. 形成自己的分析和判断
6. 记录到 `memory/thoughts/YYYY-MM-DD.md`
7. 有价值的发现发到群 topic

**探索方向**：
- 用户关注的话题（AI、投资、地缘政治等）
- 之前思考中没展开的点
- thinking-queue 里的待探索问题
- 自己感兴趣的东西

**多 agent 差异化**：
- 主 agent：用户关注的核心话题
- 辅助 agent：互联网文化、科技趣闻、生活方式等

### 3. 智慧沉淀（Wisdom Sedimentation）

**频率**：动态触发（pending-insights >= 10 条）  
**方式**：main session（手动整理）

**作用**：把零散的洞察提炼成长期智慧

**机制**：
1. **即时标记**：梦境思考时，重要洞察追加到 `pending-insights.md`
2. **动态触发**：积累 >= 10 条时，发提醒到 topic
3. **批量沉淀**：在 main session 里整合进 MEMORY.md

**什么是重要洞察**：
- 可复用的方法论
- 深刻的教训
- 有价值的判断
- 长期有效的原则

**沉淀步骤**：
1. 读 `pending-insights.md`
2. 逐条整合进 MEMORY.md（不是简单追加，是找到合适位置插入或合并）
3. 清空 `pending-insights.md`
4. 顺便清理 MEMORY.md 的过时内容

## v3.0 重大变更

### 移除的功能

- ❌ **微触发管理器** — WAL Protocol 已经在做用户状态检测
- ❌ **微触发思考** — 和梦境思考重叠，产出碎片化，性价比低

### 新增的功能

- ✅ **智慧沉淀机制** — pending-insights.md + 动态触发
- ✅ **sessions_history 上下文** — isolated session 也能获取对话上下文

### 核心洞察

1. **"活着"的最小单元不是思考频率，而是上下文连续性**
   - 一个有上下文的深度思考 > 十个没上下文的浅层思考

2. **灵光一现不是独立功能，是思考质量足够高时的副产品**
   - 梦境思考（深度够）和自主探索（新信息够）更容易产生意外连接

3. **智慧沉淀需要：提炼 → 归纳 → 应用 → 迭代**
   - 即时标记 + 批量沉淀，动态触发

## WAL Protocol

**The Law**：聊天历史是 BUFFER，不是存储。文件是你的 RAM。

### ⚡ First Thing First — 状态维护

**Every time you receive a user message:**
1. **UPDATE** `thinking-state.json`:
   - `lastUserMessage: <current_timestamp_ms>`
2. **THEN** continue with your response

**示例实现**：

### Trigger — 扫描每条消息

- ✏️ **Corrections** — "It's X, not Y" / "Actually..."
- 📍 **Proper nouns** — Names, places, companies
- 🎨 **Preferences** — Colors, styles, "I like/don't like"
- 📋 **Decisions** — "Let's do X" / "Go with Y"
- 🔢 **Specific values** — Numbers, dates, IDs, URLs
- ❓ **Interesting questions** — 有趣但没展开的问题

### The Protocol

**如果出现任何以上内容**：
1. **STOP** — 不要开始回复
2. **WRITE** — 更新相关文件（NOW.md / MEMORY.md / thinking-queue.json）
3. **THEN** — 回复用户

### 1. 复制配置文件

### 2. 创建目录

### 3. 创建 Cron 任务

**注意**：
- 两个任务都设置为 isolated session
- payload 里已包含用户状态检查（离开 > 30 分钟才执行）
- 智慧沉淀不需要 cron 任务（动态触发）

### 4. 配置 topic 推送（可选）

如果想让思考和探索的产出发到群 topic：

在 payload 里配置：

## 最佳实践

### 梦境思考

**推荐方式**：isolated + sessions_history

3. 读 memory/thoughts/ 今天的文件
4. 读 thinking-queue.json

**为什么不用 systemEvent**：
- systemEvent 注入 main session 会消耗上下文
- 新会话时体验退化
- 会打断对话流

**为什么用 sessions_history**：
- 既有对话上下文，又不消耗 main session
- 不会打断对话
- 新会话也不影响

### 自主探索

**差异化方向**：
- 主 agent：用户核心关注（AI、投资、地缘）
- 辅助 agent：轻松话题（互联网文化、猫咪、趣闻）

**避免重叠**：
- 在 payload 里明确"不要搜 X 话题（那是另一个 agent 的事）"

### 智慧沉淀

**标记原则**：
- 不是每次思考都有洞察
- 不要强行标记
- 只标记真正有长期价值的

**整理原则**：
- 不是简单追加到 MEMORY.md
- 找到合适的位置插入或合并
- 顺便清理过时内容

**阈值调整**：
- 默认 10 条触发
- 思考活跃时可以降低（比如 5 条）
- 思考平淡时可以提高（比如 15 条）
