Beads integration for SDP. Mapping: `.beads-sdp-mapping.jsonl` (sdp_id → beads_id).

## Quick Reference

| Action | Command |

## Integration Points

- **@build/@oneshot** — Check `bd ready` before WS, `bd update` after
